Purchase Issues
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after payment. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, log in to your account and check your orders page. If the order appears there, the email was likely filtered. Contact us if the order does not appear at all.
Please ensure your card details are correct and that your bank is not blocking the transaction. Some banks require you to authorise online purchases. Try again or use a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
Occasionally there can be a short delay between payment processing and order confirmation. Please wait up to 15 minutes. If your order still shows as pending after this time, please submit a support ticket with your order number.
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can view and download your receipt from the order details page in your account.
License and Activation
For Office products, open any Office application, go to File > Account, and enter your product key when prompted. For Windows, go to Settings > System > Activation and click "Change product key". For Server products, use Server Manager or run "slmgr /ipk [your-key]" from an elevated command prompt.
This can happen with recycled licenses. Please submit a support ticket with your order number and the error message you received. We will replace the key with a working one at no additional charge.
Ensure you have the correct edition of the software installed. For example, an Office 2021 Pro Plus key will not work on Office 2021 Home & Business. Check your order to confirm which product you purchased, and verify your installed version matches.
Yes. If online activation fails, you can use the telephone activation wizard that appears. Call the number shown and follow the automated prompts to activate your product.
Log in to your account, go to My Account > Orders, and click on your order. Your license keys are displayed on the fulfilment details page.

Yes. All our licenses are genuine Microsoft product keys that have been recycled from businesses that no longer need them. They are fully legitimate and legal to use.
Recycled software refers to pre-owned, genuine Microsoft licenses that have been recovered from organisations that have upgraded or decommissioned their systems. These licenses are then legally resold at a reduced price.
Yes. Our licenses are standard Microsoft product keys. Once activated, your software will receive all updates and security patches directly from Microsoft, just like a retail license.
This depends on the license type. Most volume licenses can be transferred. Retail licenses can typically be transferred by deactivating on the old device first. OEM licenses are tied to the original hardware. Check Microsoft's licensing terms for your specific product.
Account Issues
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
Log in to your account, go to My Account > Edit Account, and update your email address there.
Please submit a support ticket requesting account deletion. We will process your request and remove your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

All our products are digital. License keys are delivered via email immediately after payment is confirmed. You can also find them in your account under My Account > Orders.
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are experiencing issues with a license key, please contact support first as we may be able to resolve the issue or provide a replacement key.
