Software Recycling LLC sells recycled (pre-owned) genuine Microsoft software product licence keys. All sales comply with the First Sale Doctrine as codified in 17 U.S.C. § 109, which permits the resale of lawfully acquired software copies.
All product keys sold are genuine, lawfully acquired Microsoft retail licences. We do not sell OEM, volume, or stolen licences. Each key is sold once and retired from our inventory upon sale. By purchasing, you agree that you are acquiring a single-use retail licence key.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and other methods powered by Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
Product licence keys are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your licence key(s) will be displayed on-screen and sent to the email address you provided. Delivery is automated and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product key has been delivered and/or revealed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for revealed licence keys.
If you experience a technical problem with a product key that prevents activation, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where the key is demonstrably faulty, provide a replacement key at our sole discretion.
